We believe that everyone deserves a smile they love, which is why we offer a variety of treatment options and payment plans.  At Crowe & Co. Orthodontics, we provide the highest quality orthodontic care and want that to be attainable for every patient who walks through our doors.  Our fee is all-inclusive -- it includes diagnostic records, all appliances for the duration of treatment, and all appointments during the 12-month retention period.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COVERS ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE BENEFIT OF REDUCED PERSONAL COSTS.  MANY INSURANCE POLICIES HAVE A LIFETIME ORTHODONTIC BENEFIT AMOUNT, WHICH IS DISTINCT FROM REGULAR DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. OUR PATIENT COORDINATOR IS HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE AND WILL CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO DETERMINE WHAT COVERAGE YOU MAY HAVE.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.  WE CAN ALSO SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS TO BE DEBITED FROM EITHER A CHECKING OR CREDIT ACCOUNT.
